MyPermitDesk provides business license research reports for informational purposes. Reports summarize state and federal licensing requirements based on publicly available regulatory data. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
All reports are for informational purposes only. Licensing requirements change frequently. You are responsible for independently verifying all requirements with the relevant government authorities before operating your business. MyPermitDesk is not liable for any business decisions made based on report content.
Individual reports are sold for a one-time fee. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed through our payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize the charge described at the time of purchase.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Individual reports are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the report could not be generated for your business type and state. Monthly Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPermitDesk's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report or subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
